Primary Bathroom Suite Renovation in Northville
A walk-in wet shower with skylights and a floor drain, built as a spa-style primary suite.
A primary suite rebuilt around an open walk-in shower, with skylights bringing daylight straight down into it. No curb, no enclosure, no dark corner.
Skylights over a wet area need the framing, flashing and vapour detailing handled together rather than as separate trades. Done properly you get the light without condensation problems later.
