Basement Bedroom and Bathroom Addition in Plymouth

An unfinished Plymouth basement turned into usable square footage: a bedroom with proper egress and a full bathroom, so the lower level works for guests rather than storage.

Adding a bathroom below grade is the part that makes or breaks a basement project. Drainage, venting and where the stack runs decide what is possible, so we work that out before anything is framed rather than discovering it halfway through.
