I am truly pleased with the quality of service that Marsh Maintenance performed. I called Marsh Maintenance for a repair on a ceiling from water damage and several cracks that needed to be addressed.
Bob, the owner, provided me with an estimate on the pricing, an explanation on how they were going to do it and how much time it would take. One of my concerns was how bad was the clean up going to be and was I going to have to move all the furniture, pull down the drapes, take down pictures. Bob said he had a way of minimizing the dust from the drywall and he would take care of what needed to be moved and the clean up. When the day came to do the job, they showed up on time and ready to get started.
They kept their promise on the timing, they let me know how the progress was going and they far exceeded my expectations with the skill of their work. Unbelievable! Plus, they cleaned up and put everything back the way it was. Pricing and timing were very, very good and the work was Amazing! I am looking forward to using them again for all of the services they provide. I would highly recommend this company.

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Bob Marsh and Marsh Contracting. Bob got in touch with me right away, scheduled an appointment, and was right on time as scheduled for our first meeting and estimate. He provided the estimate the next day, at a very affordable price. Bob was very professional and personable, and was very helpful in determining the best approach to getting the job done right, combining his finish carpentry work with a little 'sweat equity' on our part to do the painting. He arrived to do the work right on time, and he completed 99% of the work in one day. The small balance of work remaining was completed the next morning. The quality of the finish carpentry (4.5 inch crown moulding throughout the living, dining, hall and half bath) was first class. And he left the house spotless...There was no evidence (other than the gorgeous moulding) that he had ever been in the house. We will definitely recommend Bob Marsh and Marsh maintenance to friends and relatives. And we will be calling on him for additional work in the future. It was a real pleasure working with him.
