This home was a bungalow with 5 bedrooms. But the living room was small. We removed a wall separating living room and bedroom as well as eliminating a very tight hallway.  One side had a plaster cove ceiling that needed to be removed and patched in to match the other side.  We installed a new header, moved all the electrical, laced in a new oak hardwood floor to match, refinished all the hardwood, new trim and fresh coat of paint.  What a difference this made!
